Cancellations

You may cancel your campaign prior to confirming the media schedule and its scheduled start date. Instead of a refund, the value of your cancelled campaign will be credited to your account for future use. Credit is valid for up to 6 months from the date of cancellation and can be applied to any new campaign booking on our platform.

Refunds

Refunds are only granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Service Unavailability: If we are unable to deliver your campaign due to issues beyond our control—such as force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or infrastructure failure) affecting our screen partners.
• Disallowed Content: If your advertisement is rejected by our screen partners due to content that does not meet their guidelines, and no suitable alternative placements can be arranged.

In such cases, you will be entitled to a full or partial refund, depending on the portion of the service undelivered.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Advertiser-requested cancellations once the campaign has started.
• Creative changes or delays caused by the advertiser.
