With video.deals, we solve that by letting you get a feel of OOH on Digital Billboards – display rotating digital ads in a loop, sharing screen time with other advertisers. This format offers greater flexibility — you can book shorter durations, schedule time slots, or even change creatives mid-campaign. Perfect for more dynamic, time-sensitive messaging.

Not sure which package is right for your campa

Each package cost is published inside the package page. All prices are inclusive of campaign management fees and taxes. However, please note that in Malaysia this fee excludes language and visual approvals, DBP approval fee of RM30 (or the prevailing fee at the time) per creative. We are happy to assist you manage this process, should you require it. 

Each campaign package on videooh.deals typically runs between 7 to 10 days. This duration is designed to give your brand enough screen time to make an impact while keeping things cost-efficient.

If you’re looking for a longer presence or have specific timing needs (like syncing with a product launch or event), we can also discuss custom durations or extensions. Just let us know what you need — we’re here to help you find the right fit.

We have crafted a number of hyperlocal or audience-targeted packages with various screen sizes and locations to give you a sense of the power of OOH. Should you like something more custom to your needs, just drop us a message. We will be happy to customize these packages to your liking.

After completing the booking and payment, you will receive a Payment Confirmation email from Stripe via email for your payment. You will also receive a booking confirmation on the selected package. Our customer service representative will reach out to you to schedule a call to design your media plan (start/end dates, creative submission and approvals (if any) within 1 business day. We appreciate your patience.

The standard spot duration is 15 seconds. There will be some screens that are 10 or 20 seconds too. Your ad will loop anywhere from 6 times per hour, and up to 30 times per hour. This is subject to the screen provider’s default broadcast loop that operates anywhere from 12 hours to 20 hours a day. Please note that your broadcast details will be clarified in the provided media plan upon booking confirmation.

Yes — please note that your brand/product will be subjected to location qualifications as there may be select locations that have brand/product exclusivity agreements with pre-existing advertisers. Under such circumstances, we will allocate your screen time to other locations that have no such restriction. If no such alternatives can be provided to you, a refund will be provided.

We’ll keep you updated at every key stage of your campaign:

Airing Confirmation: You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your campaign goes live on the scheduled date. This will confirm that your ad is scheduled to air across the selected digital billboards.

End of Campaign: Once your campaign ends, you’ll receive a summary email along with a performance report detailing the delivery metrics. This usually arrives within a few days after the campaign concludes.

If you have any questions during or after your campaign, our support team is always available to assist you.

Currently, we accept credit/debit cards. If you’d like to discuss alternative payment methods, such as wire transfers, instalments or corporate invoicing, reach out to our team — we will be happy to assist.

If your campaign is rejected due to content issues or brand category restrictions (e.g. exclusivity clauses at certain sites), we will work with you to: 

  • Suggest edits to your creative; or 
  • Propose alternative screen placements if no suitable option is available.

Each screen provider has its own content guidelines, but in general, the following are typically restricted: Political or religious messaging, sexually explicit content, advertisements for alcohol, tobacco, vaping, or unregulated supplements, content that infringes on IP or promotes illegal activity. We’ll work closely with you to ensure your content is eligible and get necessary approvals.

Yes, you can pre-book your campaign for any available slot up to 3 months in advance. Early booking is especially encouraged if you’re targeting high-demand periods like festive seasons, national holidays, or event-based bursts.

Absolutely. We encourage it. You can reach out to our support team via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll be happy to schedule a call to walk you through the options, packages, and how it all works — no obligation to book.

Yes — we can help! If you already have a flyer or social media post, send it over and we’ll adapt it into a screen-ready billboard format. We can even recommend layout tweaks for better visibility. If you need creative services, we offer basic creative assistance at a small fee or can recommend a freelance designer.

If your creative is ready and (for Malaysia only) has already been approved by DBP, your campaign can go live in as little as 3–5 business days. We’ll provide an exact timeline when confirming your media plan. Urgent campaigns may be expedited based on screen availability.

Yes, many of our packages are hyperlocal — targeted to specific towns, suburbs, or streets. If your desired area isn’t in a package, reach out and we’ll check availability or build a custom package for you.

Generally, no. However, they must comply with any prevailing local and federal laws.
